The International Electoral Education Council (IEEC) is an informal network of academics and electoral practitioners who study and support free and fair electoral and political processes.  The mission of this network is twofold: 1) to offer a learning resource for students interested in elections and political process policies and practices; and 2) to offer a program of academic consultation and assistance to Election Management Bodies (EMBs).  The Council engages in a wide range of program activities including research, experiential learning, technical assistance, and electoral studies.
